Mid-Iowa Machine Adjustable Hull Trimmer

A simple solution to the age-old problem of finding shells for older guns with obsolete chamber lengths. Mid-Iowa Machine's hand-held tool easily shortens standard 2-3/4" or 3" 12 gauge shotgun shells down to 2-3/8" or any length in between. Just set the length adjustment screw, slide an empty hull onto the polished shank until it stops, gently squeeze the handle, and rotate the hull a turn or two for a quick, clean cut. CNC machined from 6061 aluminum with hardened steel cutter wheel, precision ground to a razor-sharp edge; cuts both paper and plastic hulls.
