COMBAT FOCUS SHOOTING DVD - EVOLUTION 2011

Rob Pincus outlines the Combat Focus Shooting concept, based on how the human body reacts to sudden high-stress situations or “dynamic critical incidents.” In the DVD (2011 release) he explores the human nervous system’s responses to threats, such as the instinctive “startle reflex,” and shows how to train those natural responses into an effective self-defense handgun shooting style. Pincus stresses the “balance between speed and precision,” understanding how the target size, distance and confidence in your own skill levels affect your ability to quickly get hits to stop the threat.
