You may experience a longer-than-usual wait time or even a "busy" signal when calling our 800 number, and it may take up to 3 business days for a staff member to respond to your e-mail messages. If you’ve already sent us an e-mail, please be patient and know that sending multiple messages may cause further delay in receiving a response.
If you have products backordered with us, please be assured that orders will be filled in the order they are received. Brownells will not cancel a backorder unless you specifically request that we do so.
