INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Dear International Customer,

We would like to thank you for your continued business and welcome our new customers abroad.  Over the years here at Sinclair we have worked hard to provide the high quality products you request with knowledgeable and personal customer service.  We hope each of your past experiences have been trouble-free when you have shopped with us for precision reloading and shooting needs.

Our biggest news this summer is that we have been acquired by Brownells, Incorporated.  Brownells is recognized throughout the U. S. and Internationally as "The World's Largest Supplier of Firearms Accessories and Gunsmithing Tools".  Take a look at their Website, www.brownells.com, or give them a call at 641-623-4000.  We are very enthusiastic about joining the Brownells team because they share our same business philosophy of providing great customer service and high-quality products.  We plan to continue to operate as an independent division of Brownells, but will have the support of their larger organization.

Mrs. Kerry Parker will continue to be our International Representative, and she will do her best to make your ordering process a pleasurable one.  Kerry has been with Sinclair for nearly 15 years with six years in International Sales. She also looks forward to visiting many of you at the IWA Exhibition in Germany each March.  Feel free to call, fax, or e-mail and let Kerry know if you have any ordering concerns whatsoever.

Payments:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, International Money Order, and by Wire Transfer in US Funds only. All Credit Card orders will have two transactions: Once for your ordered items and a second transaction for shipping charges which is made when the order is being shipped.

Shipping Information:
We normally ship International orders by U. S. Postal Service (USPS) or UPS.  UPS will not deliver to Post Office Boxes - please provide a physical address if you choose to ship by UPS.  All International orders are subject to the actual shipping charges plus a $6.00 handling fee.  Sinclair International will not be held responsible for International Customs duties, taxes, fees, etc.

Delivery time for UPS parcels is usually 3-5 business days and may be tracked via their website at www.ups.com.  We will provide the UPS tracking number if we have an e-mail address for you.  USPS Priority Mail delivery may be expected in 6 to 10 working days and USPS Express service delivers in 3 to 7 working days.  Each of the USPS shipping options has limited tracking capability at www.usps.com.  If you do not request an order shipment method, we will ship USPS Priority Mail, as it is delivered quickly and is usually the most affordable option.  Please be sure to include4 a current contact means such as an e-mail address or phone number with each correspondence.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order is shipped USPS and not delivered within the time frame shown above, a request for a claim/tracer may be filed 60 days after USPS expected delivery.  If your parcel arrives damaged, please let us know immediately so that we may file the package claim and get a replacement order shipped.  Please keep all damaged packaging for a minimum of 3-4 weeks so that the shipper may examine if necessary.

Backorders:
To assist in the processing and shipping of each order, please indicate if you wish for us to hold your order and ship complete or cancel the out of stock items and ship immediately.  If this is not specified at the time of purchase, our international representative will provide the expected delivery dates for the no stock items and we will ship your order when all items are available.   To help us provide you with exemplary customer service, please be sure to include a current phone number, fax or e-mail address with your purchase.
